My mates got himself a 3802, but with a euro plug. Just wondering when you put it in a converter does it matter which pin goes in the positive and which in the negative? I assume not, since the plug itself seems to be a uniform shape, meaning that in europe they would be able to plug it in either way.

Well, Russ Andrews sells a gadget to check mains polarity because, it is claimed, your equipment doesn't sound as good if live and neutral are reversed

    Utter b :censored: s !

However, would it not be better to cut off the euro plug and connect a UK 3-pin one? Or buy a new lead. The quality of adaptors is often poor and could affect equipment performance.

    Regards,
    Dermot
