I currently lease my property through an Estate Agents to tenants I know.
Their initial 6 months is up mid-May and I'm looking at saving some money on the fees I pay the agent and the tenants are more than happy to just pay me directly and cut the agent out given they plan on being there long term.
How easy is this to arrange so that we are both covered legally in the unlikely event of a dispute?
A quick google search offered me some template tenancy agreements but I'm not sure if they are to use off the page or whether I need to buy them.
