Little over a month to go, anyone spotted any particularly good deals around?
Cheapest Quantum of solace
This is one I can happily wait for. I thought it was rubbish-especially after Casino Royale.
If I didn't have all the Bond films and want to keep the set complete, I wouldn't buy it.
I will wait until it drops into the sales at less than a tenner.
Each to their own I guess, I thought it was a good Bond, none of the cheese, action and lethal killing, like he was in his early days. Speaking of which, think I might go and watch From Russia With Love.
Didn't realise there was a QOS thread open already, MODS: feel free to delete thread.
hmv.com: blu-ray: Quantum Of Solace: Hmv Exclusive (2009)
17.99 from HMV with an exclusive 'booklet' - translation : a 4 page pamphlet of photos you can see on the 'net.
And won't there be the inevitable "Collector's Edition" 3 months later?
Its up to £27.99 on CD-Wow now !.
Its available for £17.99 @ Bang CD
Welcome to BangCd - Quantum Of Solace - Region B
Less 10% Quidco makes a possible £16.20 which isn't too bad, they take Paypal too,if this helps anyone.
HMV 's ad shows the full 144 page book Quantum of Solace Bond on Set: Filming 007 Quantum…Amazon.co.uk: Greg Williams: Books , if they fail to supply it I suspect there will be a few complaints
Ooh, that's my pessimism well and truly torn to shreads.
I have £20 of HMV gift vouchers (that's right, gift vouchers - the paper ones, none of this fancy gift card shenanigans) waiting to be spent on something, I think QOS on Blu Ray could be it.
Just shows and describes an exclusive 'booklet', not the book.
Shouldn't create any complaints in that regards!
It also says while stocks last!
They could give away a dozen copies then run out of stock, I doubt that will be the case and have ordered a copy from them.
Im gonna do this but never used Quidco before, how does it work?
Can someone explain how quidco works?
just register here:
Quidco - The web's cashback cooperative
and use the links on the quidco site before you buy anything, they will give cashback via bacs or paypal each month (less first £5 each year), I've had about £700 so far.
