Quality picture on 2nd Television??

Ive got my main television, based in the living room, which is linked to both a terrestrial aerial and sattellite dish for sky. I have recently build an extension and have bought a 42" plasma TV, which is located in the extension. I have ran a sky cable from my new TV (42" Plasma) to living room tv (Not connected yet) I have just ran the cable. How do I get a good picture on my Plasma TV, as good as I get on my TV based in the living room. Any ideas. Thanks

Freeview straight to an aerial although the lead from the SKY box supplying RF should do, if the SKY box has an aerial lead connected, not dish. As for SKY via RF2???????????, it looks OK but in the end I went for another SKY box, much better.
