How does the quality of a recording from a Sky+ hard drive to a standard VHS
recorder compare to a normal VHS recording off air. In other words is there
much of a quality loss when transferring Sky+ to VHS other than you would
expect to see from the VHS format. Regards. malcom

malcom, there is no loss of quality recording from a Skyplus+ compared to recording from live Sky onto VHS.
Having just replied to your other post, perhaps I should say, there is a slight loss of quality when comparing Skyplus+ to the copy onto a Philips DVD recorder, and a bit more loss when onto a Panasonic DVD recorder. No RGB input on Panasonic.
