I was considering one of these until I purchased an SVS PC+ today, one might still be on the cards once the accounts are in better standing!
I believe you just need an amp that'll push around 300w at 8 ohms, built in crossover that goes very low is a huge plus though.
Then you just hook it up as you would any other subwoofer.

I'm sure sea surfer will be able to give a more learned response though. :)

You just hook it up with speaker wire to your amp and add one of these mHh3gAs--f1j-_Ziyjh6tMQ.jpg Audio Attenuator | eBay you can use a spare channel off your amp if you have one and you are good to go, or you can buy a cheap amp to drive it For Sale - Eathquake Subwoofer, buttkicker, quake , tactile transducer amp. | AVForums I should have a F mod filter lying around somewhere, I just need to look it out.

Info here: Earthquake Sound Q10B tactile sound unit and XJ600R amp | AVForums

It was bought on May2012, it has hardly any use, its as new, it comes with a five year warrant and the DTMB-1 bracket, if you where buying from the shaker center it would cost you £350, plus I'm throwing in the low pass filter with the price, so I would say my asking price recorded delivery is a fair one;)

    LOL

The honest truth is that my cinema is setup in my bedroom and use the bed as a seating place when viewing.

A really impulse offer of £150 deliverd including the low pass filter?

I know its less than your asking price but its something that might not work (sound) properly under my bed and thats the only place I can place it but if not right for me I'll just put back on sale here.

    Thanks
