Does anyone know if a 7 metre length of QED HDMI-P cable will support 1080p ? Thanks.:)

    Hello edgeboy

I believe the 7m cable ought to be OK - though reading through the QED literature its a bit of a mystery in terms of what does what.

I have a 15m QED HDMI-P cable (ordered just after my bonus arrived) which I sucessfully tested at 1080p from a Denon 2930 to a Pana AX100 (which then downscaled it to the pj's resolution of 720p). It was only running for a few minutes, but there was no sign of any snap, crackle or pop.

I am now running it at 720p to avoid wearing it out ;)
