QE75QN800A automatically opens up a menu and begins to play by itself

I got a brand new QE75QN800A that is two weeks old. It's now beginning to show issues with the menu popping up, moving around playing by itself, shutting down automatically etc. It switches off, increases the volume, decreases etc. Please see the picture to see the menu that pops up.

I spoke to Samsung support, and they were quite helpful during the troubleshooting, but no solution so far. The behaviour seems quite random. The Samsung support guys could not explain why the menu appeared. Nor where that special menu comes from.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

Update: Samsung promised now to send a service person.

Its set to Home Mode

Maybe your button on TV is faulty or get some dirt inside from styrofoam when it was removed from box.

That's what eventually Samsung is suspecting. But which button are you talking about? They keep telling me there is a power button in there, I have never been able to see it.

I can see a slider button for switching on/off the microphone.

Checked and it seems to be working ok.

Well then ask Samsung support to change that piece. It can be faulty inside and you can't see easily. Tv has guarantee so don't think to replace it or repair by yourself.
