Hi everyone,

Hoping someone could help me, a few months ago my TV started having difficulty staying connected to the WIFI. I got Virgin Media out and they indeed replaced the Hub, the problem kept on happening though. So I decided to run an cat6 from the TV to the hub but the problem is repeated here also. Only now I'm getting constant notifications a cable has been unplugged. It's weird though, this won't happen for a week or so and then will happen a hundred times in a day, it renders the TV useless. Other days it might happen a handful of times or just the once. Another it might be a couple or not at all.

I just can't work out what the issue is. I've searched for the answer and disabled IPV6 but it hasn't made any difference. It doesn't help that I'm out of warranty also.

Can any of you guys recommend a fix or work around?

Hello,
most problems with connectivity are based on wrong network configuration at your home. TV has only 100mbit ethernet so there is really no point in cat6...
Try using wifi from a hotspot and see if the problem persists.
