Q900A Sporadically Cuts Out Until Unplugged/Plugged Back In

I'm not sure if this post belongs in this forum or in the LG TV forum, but the soundbar is new so I'll start there.

A couple weeks ago I got a Q900A soundbar + subwoofer and connected it via HDMI eARC to my LG C9 TV, using the HDMI cable that came with the soundbar. Overall I've been very happy with it, but twice now in the last 4-5 days, it has suddenly cut out while my kids were watching TV. Both times, there was no audio but the soundbar was still on and still thought it was connected, and the TV still thought it was sending audio out through HDMI ARC. Nothing brought it back other than unplugging the soundbar and plugging it back in. (I'm not sure I tried turning off the power to the TV.)

As mentioned, it's connected via eARC and the TV is set to Passthrough.

I was hoping it would just be a soundbar firmware update, but there aren't any available. Help?
