Question Q800T and ST5000 through eARC - sound drops

Hi all.

The sound drops from time to time. Many times per day an no matter what I use (STB, Series X, Netflix app). All connected to TV using 8k Belkin cables and eARC from the TV to the soundbar. eARC enabled at both ends, passthrough on the TV. Atmos compatibility enabled.

I did everything on my reach. Samsung support did a reset through the service menu. I think it's a Samsung problem.

I also found many threads related to Samsung TVs and this issue.

I'd also like to add that the Series X is able to output Atmos LPCM 48khz with the current setup. The console is plugged in the HDMI 4 (2.1) of the TV.

The STB (HDMI 1 (2.0)) is able to output DD+ at maximum. It doesn't offer Atmos.

The TV is connected through eARC and plugged in HDMI3. Of course, eARC is also enabled in the soundbar. Everything has has the latest firmwares.

Depending on the content, Netflix outputs DD+ Atmos, which is expected.

HDMI-CEC is disabled on the Series X, and enabled on the TV, soundbar and STB (the STB doesn't have an option to disable it).

Anyone has something to suggest?
