I have a pwd6 and have recently bought a bnc component board and bnc to rca cable from av-sales. I plugged in my dvd player using the cable but nothing shows on the screen. I have checked the the cables are in the right coloured connectors.

I have set the screen to component input and the indicator in the top right hand says "component" and I have changed the settings from RGB to component....am I missing something or have I got faulty equipment

    Please help

if it's a denon it could be a software issue as with some of the version 4 software multi regoin versions you can't get a picture withe the denon set to prog scan but it works when set to interlaced...updating to version 8 sorted this out for me with my 2910
