pw8 vs pw7 differences please

    hi can any one tell me whats the difference is between the pw8 and the pw7 i did read it on the forum but cant seem to find it now must be to much reading :eek: thanxs

    I can't quote them all but the most significant ones I was interested in were that the 8 is HD Compatible (with the right card) will accept and display HD material though it will be scaled down and
    It will accept component via the VGA input which the 7 would not do.
    Oh and cosmetically the bezel is thinner, the buttons are now situated on the left hand side underneath rather than facing outwards like on the 7.

    That is about all the differences!!!!! A few extra functions for commercial use, and some improvements in the processing but traditionally they are not usually big steps up with Panasonic.
