I currently have a PW7 with three Terminal Boards (HDMI, Component RCA and Scart) - however I now need to connect an extra Scart device. I assume the labbelled 'PC In' connection is, as it looks, a VGA connection - will a Scart to VGA converter work via this? It would be connected to a DVD recorder (Panasonic HS2) which in turn would be fed a Sky picture. Can anyone recommend a model that won't break the bank?

    Many thanks!

A related question, I am planning on feeding several signals through a JS RGB > VGA Converter, One of them will be my video which only outputs a composite signal. Will the JS box effectively pass-thru this signal. I'm not looking for it to improve the output from the Video just to let me watch some of the films I've taped over the years.

No, won't work. This is fine via the scart board, not via any VGA converter. You could do it with a scaler, but that's a bunch more cash.
