    Hi

If you select the SD option.

WT is the number of times you have switched it on and PT is the number of hours it has been on. I think I am correct. :)

    Hi Novi

to get to the service menu, you hold down the volume minus button on the plasma and press the button underneath the power button on the remote 3 times. that brings up the service menu list. then just select SD

Excuse my butting in, lupo, but it doesn't seem to work on my PWD7. Do I have to be in a user adjustment mode before it will work?

    Hi alanfcross

I have the PW7B... Maybe the PWD7 has a different way of accessing the service menu? I would assume all the 7 series would have the same way of accessing it.. But what do I know... I just got mine yesterday :)

I might not have been clear with my instructions?
you need to hold the minus button on the plasma ( not just press it ) while pressing the button on the remote.

sorry it did not work for you.

Yes, I did just that. Anyone else got the service menu story for the PWD7?
