PV500 screen burn

So I watched the MotoGP on Eurosport and that
bloody logo has stayed on my screen for 2 days.
Very faint, but pisses me off. It has gone completely now.
But when does it permanently burn the screen?
For a 2.5k telly, is this acceptable?
I have a PV500 btw, and love it otherwise.

Its not meant to burn it permanently. How long have you had your TV? How long was it on static logo for Eurosport? Did you run it in properly?
