Clearly if you aren´t size restricted there is better performing options available for less cost. SVS SB3000 would be good step up without massive box! Or two SB2000 Pro´s. There is no need to "match" speakers and subwoofer if you are thinking that.

Style wise pv1 knocks all the others into a cocked hat if that's your thing,if b&w is your thing go for it will out perform pv 1.Music or movies that is the question.

I agree with the comment about app control on a device to set it up...in 10 years time the app won't work, so have to use a old phone. Absurd.
