purevideo and theatertek help

    What are the correct options that i have to apply in in the purevideo settings and theatertek settings for dvd upscaling.I have a LG LX2R lcd tv,native res is1366x768,but mt tv dose 1.1 mapping at 1360x768 and 1208x720,clear instructions on how to do this would be fantastic.....thanks in advanced

    theatertek uses purevideo as a built in codec, so u wouldnt need purevideo and theatertek.

    If you set your desktop to your native res the graphics card will upscale anything it outputs to that res including any video.

    It's true that TT includes Purevideo but you need to enable it for post-processing to get the full benifits. Right click on the main window and select configuration then video then select Purevideo from the post processing drop down.

    You probably also want to set VMR9 is your processor can handle it.
