I have just purchased a Pure Elan RV40 Dab Radio, I live in a reasonable signal area but find I am disappointed and frustrated by the DAB experience, I cannot really listen to my local stations BBC Radio Norfolk or Heart, as the signal is weak, the stations stay there for a few minutes then disappear and are full of a terrible noise
I asked Pure if I could add an external arial to unit, and they said no as it doesn't have an F Type socket. I am just wondering if anyone here can recommend a way I can go to increase a little.
I can't really afford to buy another radio... I know I can listen in FM but whats the point of buying DAB if you can use the thing
