    Hi,
I wanted to play a CD tonight and spent last 20 minutes searching for a puck.

This brought me to this ridiculous idea to make such a poll.

Do you leave the puck inside or outside your top loader when you switch it to standby/off with no disk inside.

Inside - saves hunting after 'little fingers' (nephew) has been playing.

Why would you leave your puck anywhere else but inside your cd player?

I could also ask you the same, why inside?

    This is a simple poll.

    Hi guys.

Simple really, original polished alloy puck with four cut outs in it, original puck as above but with a modified body so it clamped thicker DVD's instead of flying off..... Then the new black plastic job to go with the new mechanism and finally a polished alloy job to also go with the new mechanism given to me at the TAG VIP night. The funny thing was that the original puck was the only one that ever ran true.....The others are poorly made and assembled from an engineering point of view so I made my own eventually......(black not pink Miron :D ) These were all production samples except my home made one which I suppose makes 5 pucks really.....

Unless the dots are all the same to balance the puck it is not a good idea :D :D :D Of course the only other reason for having a multi coloured swap shop puck is if your door don't close properly as otherwise it is hidden (hopefully) :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Don't get me started on the door mech please.....

Graham, shame Antonio never had top loader. He'd tweaked it successfully for sure :) :D
