Hi Everyone, I am in need of some help, I brought a JAP PSP back Jan of this year and everything was fine up till recently when the PSP just reset it's self for no reason and lost all of it's settings. All the saved games, video's etc were OK.
This was using firmware 1.5 I have upgraded the firmware to 2.5 but the machine is still re-setting it's self and it's getting more regular, has anyone else here experienced this and is there a known fix or has my PSP become faulty.

    Many thanks in advance

    Best Regards

I wasn't keen on phoning SONY being as it's a JAP import, I guess it could be worth a try,I'll also try the goggle you suggested. Thanks

It shouldn't matter. I've never seen this error before. It seems like the memory stick is automatically formating itself, I wouldn't worry about it being Japanese and phoning Sony.
