    I bought a PSP from Argos today - this was scratched and I returned it to exchange for another. My local store did not have any more so had to drive 20 mins to get the next one.

    Anyway got home and the right trigger button is very loose - argos do not have any more so I called up Sony who will be sending a replacement model.

    The first PSP had a very visible dead pixel in the middle of the screen. The second PSP has none. I just pray to god that the third PSP will be OK and that there will be no pixels. Am a bit disappointed with the quality of the construction, hopefully this is a minor glitch. On a plus point the Sony helpline were very helpful and have organised a new one for Monday.

    apart from the scratches and buttons;

    you can't really help with stuck pixels. You gotta expect 1 or 2 I'm afraid, 'cos its in the nature of the screen. Ask US/Jap consumers

    My direction buttons are a little wibbly, but I'd read that was a general criticism...(criticse the PSP...shoot me!)

    My screen seems ok too...but agreed about the dust. Oh, and a big fat thumb print on the screen now because my fat slow 31 year thumb can't cope. Do they do new thumbs as an accessory?
