PSP - getting videos using Apple Mac

Hi there,

Please help me. I am trying to put some DVDs onto my PSP. I have firmware ver3.30 and running an Apple laptop with osX 10.4.9. I have tried to rip from DVD using MediaFork but when I transfer the file to PSP it says unsupported data.

I have observed the naming conventions to the letter and am a bit lost as to what to do next. Anyone able to help??

Ive searched around on this one, and the general consensus is that I hope you kept your old PC!(using DVD decrypter and PSP9). There is an open source bit of software called Handbrake, but I think that is for ipods not psps.

I used Handbrake to rip the DVD and then let PSPWare convert it and shrink it down for the PSP. Works a treat on everything I've thrown at it so far.
