Hi, i got my PSP 2 days ago, and immediatley updated to version 2.00, but when i go into game sharing, i get the message

"a connection error has occurred. (80410B05)"

(and yes my WLAN switch is ON)

now i dont know if the update has anything to do with this because i didnt get the chance to try game sharing beforebefore i updated.

please help me, ive looked all over the wb, but all i can find are connection errors to do with network settings

P.S - i am taking it to the sony shop tommorrow, but if anyone can help me before hand, i would be greatly appreciative

    thanks in advance

Check out the Firmware 2.0 thread in PSP area. I assume you are trying to connect via WPA, we have now proven that this normaly does not work; there is only one or two routers that will work.

i think you misunderstand me, i am not trying to connect to a router wirelessly, i am simply trying to connect to another psp using wifi, no network settings are needed.

I have in my hands a US PSP which is connected wirelessly to a UK PSP my son is using. We are playing Ridge Racer. PSPs are not the issue, the games are. Both games must be from the same region, ie UK game playing a UK game.
