PSP 1003 on OFW 6.31 - Stuck getting CFW?

Hi guys,

I have just bought a psp 1003 from a friend and he had it on version 6.31 OFW, I want to install CFW on it to run backed up games and emulators. Im struggling to find a good guide anywhere on how to install the CFW, some say I need a pandora battery, some say a magic memory stick? I was just wondering if anyone here could give me some guidance on what to do and how to avoid bricking?

I also have the 1003 and installed CFW 6.20 PRO B10 fix on it, the latest release..........

Fortunately as you and me have the very first one installing CFW on it is simple.........

Download the file from one of the many sites, extract the RAR file, then copy the contents of the GAME folder into the GAME folder on your Memory Card.

You then enter the GAME folder when on the PSP and run the update file, DONE.........

Copied games a plenty........

Confirm firmware version in system settings.......
