psn classics game question

Hi i brought everybodys golf 2 and crash from the ps store while playing the game's they don't fill up the full screen on my tv there is a big black border round the edge is this supposed to be like this it also happens when i put it on my psp to play is there anyway to blow it up so the game fills the screen

u can make them bigger on the PSP, press the button (which exits games on the PSP(bottom left of screen;forgot what button) then look through the options there, there should be a settings were it can go from normal to zoom, this should take away the borders on the game on the PSP.
