PS5 logo and black screen

My son got the PS5 for Christmas. It was working until tonight. The PS5 logo comes on and then the screen goes black. I have a ROKU tv and am using the HDMI cable that came with it. I restarted in safe mode and tried to change the resolution, clear caches, etc. The only thing I haven't done is a full reset because he doesn't want to lose and data. Any suggestions?

Also, is there a way to see what is on my cloud from Playstation Plus without using the console? I looked on the website but am not seeing anything.

I would try a different hdmi cable just to rule that out. As far as I'm aware I think the only way of seeing your cloud storage is through a console. However, his saved files should be uploaded pretty regularly, and I'd imagine that his last lot of saves should have been uploaded.
