PS4 broken disc drive help/advice (video within')

Hello guys,

Today I woke up to my PS4 refusing to read any discs. There is a clear audio grinding sort of sound when I insert discs. Because of this I definitely know it's an issue with the disc drive. I've taken the PS4 apart to check the drive. The cover plate mechanisms seem to be in working order, the rollers are clean and push down when a disc is inserted. I'm not really sure what else it could be.

I was wondering if this could be due to the motor on the laser lens deck breaking but I'm not sure as to why that would cause a distinct audio que when discs are inserted. I would've thought it would just refuse to spin the disc?

I would like to get a 2nd opinion on whether or not people think its an issue with the drive overall or just the laser lens deck, so I'll leave a video below so you can see and hear the issue. Just need to know if I can just buy the laser lens deck for a cheaper price or pay more for a whole new drive :S.

Any help would be appreciated.
