Have any of you guys ordered a PS3 wall mount from this site:

    http://www.konsolen-halterungen.de/catalog/index.php?cPath=2

I think the ps3 stand is slick and want to put it into my bedroom below my samsung 32 inch which is mounted on the wall. Do you guys know the reliability of this site and the prices seem very high also - is it available anywhere else??

    Please help.

I checked and it comes upto around 90 euros for the gamestation package including the UV Light and switch (what is this) and the pad holder. When checking on delivery it does not state UK as destination or am i missing it as it appears in German (think).

Ok Schumi let us do this together - which 1 are you looking to get? 100 euros comes up to around £75.

They do look nice but if you got the bundle one or any of the ones where the console is standing, wouldn't it spoil the effect with the cables coming out of the back (or side from being up right)? Picturing it in my head it might make it look a bit uglier because you'd want the cables hidden with something like that.

I am tempted to get this ONE with the blue backlight, which in total comes to around 70 euros, which works out to around £51 English pounds with delivery. :smashin:

MM been thinking about what you said about the cables, you could be right, just checked my PS3 and they do stick out a bit. it could look untidy.

That was the first thing that struck me - and also with the upright ones where would you place the controller when charging? On top?

also how safe are they. It looks like it just has the brace over the top middle of the ps3 and nothing down the sides.

They're pretty funky, quite tempted. Been wanting to mount my PS3 vertically to give it better air flow to keep it quieter. I currently have it on a shelf in a hifi rack and it gets hot and noisy pretty quickly. My deck is on the top of the rack, so I can't really put the PS3 elsewhere, but these would solve that issue.

One concern is the clamp: isn't that covering some of the grill at the top, this could potentially reduce air flow, causing too much heat build up and noisy fans.

And yeah it will start to look untidy once you plug in a bunch of cable and USB peripherals. I have visions of crazy drunken SingStar action jumping around with mic's pulling the whole thing off the wall....

    Bumping an old thread here.

Did anyone go for one of these wall brackets?

My 60GB PS3 is a little lould but i don't want to loose it.
I thought that while moving it to reduce noise, i could hide it all together and put it on the wall behind my TV which pulls out from the wall

Thinking aout it, it would certinly make the cabling alot better with the Power, ethernet, and HDMI Lead going in the existing trunking.

With USB ports, PlayTV would need to be constantly plugged in (can be ok if organised well) and and things like controllers and headsets i can charge from the computer.

Either that or someone can recomend me a cabinate which i can use to house my PS3 but th size of a bedside table
