PS3 headset for gaming and mobile use

Hi I was looking for some advice on the Sony PS3 official headset.

Firstly, is it the best one to use with the PS3? What is the sound quality like for speaker and mic?

Also does anyone use it for a hands free kit with their mobile? Is it any good and easy to use with it?

Anything else you'd like to mention or point me to a thread would be great. I had a quick look and couldn't find anything specifically about mobile use.

If i am not mistaken any bluetooth headset will work with the PS3

Thanks for the reply. I was mainly asking about the ability to use the Official headset with a mobile. Is it any different to a normal headset? And what features does it have when using with a mobile?

Also about whether it is the best for the PS3, which seems like it is the for the price.
