PS3 connection HDMI/Aux

I use HDMI connector to connect to my TV but, at the same time I want the sound to come through my home cinema via aux in.

Is this possible?

Why AUX in? Does your amp have a digital optical IN? Or even better, run your HDMI cable into your amp and then to your TV, if you've got an HDMI amp.
