What is the best way to connect a PS2 to a Sanyo Z2?

Possible solutions that I know of are:

PS2 component cable - Assuming this won't be long enough to reach a ceiling mounted PJ, will I need a switch-box so I can share the long cable from my DVD player?

Scart to DVI cable - I understand that the Z2 supports scart input on the DVI socket, via a custom cable. Does anyone have one of these? Does it support progressive scan signals? Where can it be bought and for how much.

    Any info greatly appreciated.

I bought an av switcher for £4 (ie left and right audio + composite connectors). Its hardwired so assumed would be ok. I use this to swtch between DVD and PS2 componant leads.

WIll dig out URL if interested.

regards scart to DVI. Alternative is Scart to VGA, keene do one for £30 SSB92S or SBB92S something like that, plus a VGA DVI converter for £5. What this doing is RGB to DVI effectively. So this route doesnt do progressive scan.

    4 quid!

Sounds like a bargain to me.

If you can find the URL that would be great.
