Apologies if this is listed somewhere else, but I'm in a bit of a hurry :)

Could anyone tell me what the standard connection cable is that comes with the PS2? (the one with the scart attachment). Is it S-Video cable or is it a proper RGB scart? I need to be sure I'm getting a proper VGA output from my PS2 as I'm gonna be putting it through a JS RBG -> VGA converter and am not sure whether I need to get a new cable or not...

    Thanks,
    Dave.

It's composite. By default it's yellow composite plus two RCA plugs for stereo sound. It also comes with a scart adaptor to use it in a scart socket, but it is still composite.

PS2 RGB leads are dirt cheap though, and very good quality (esp. Logic 3 ones)
