ok, i have my PS2 hooked up with Monster component cables. The picture looks great on some games but here is the problem. Especially when playing NFL2k3 and Kingdom Hearts, the graphics seem more "jagged" (looks like there is no anti-aliasing) than when using the original composite inputs.

Is there a way to solve this problem?

hehehe. You've increased the picture quality and in doing so are showing one of the PS-2's biggest weaknesses -> Anti-aliasing. The PS-2 doesn't have hardware AA so if it isn't done in software [which is processor intensive] then you'll get jaggies... You don't notice it so much on composite because the picture quality is so bad the edges are blured.
