Hi, really hope someone can help.
29th Oct i accidently purchased a PS Now subscription when i was meant to purchase an annual Plus subscription. I realized my error immediately but as my son needed the Plus services there an then i purchased the Plus subscription directly afterwards. I then filled out the online refund form with details (transaction number etc etc).
Since then i have filled out this form a further 3 times and i have not even had a response (apart from the standard 'thanks for your enquiry' thing).
I cannot find a telephone number for Playstation anywhere at all, there is no online chat on the website so i have literally no idea how i am going to get this money returned. They state you have only 14 days to claim a refund and this is fast approaching. It is beyond frustrating and appalling service full stop.
I am loathed to continue filling out online form after form but can anyone give me any advice at all as to how i can move this forward, or even just speak to someone?
