Have the Proscan 26LB30QD. Has an HDMI connection but no USB. Can get videos to a USB and so I would ask: Is there a connector from USB to HDMI? Guidance sought

No chance - USB is a data interface and HDMI is a AV interface - totally incompatible with each other. You need a media player with USB input and HDMI output - anything from a Kodi box upwards - but be careful most media players do NOT play all AV media formats.

Much thanks for the timely reply. Forgot I owned an Insignia NS WBRDVD. It has a USB Port. Just downloaded the manual to read but thought your words would save me several pages.
