    These had three tubes but two lenses. I went to view one once early 90's. Fella wanted £100, IIRC. And when he demoed it you could just about make out two very faint (but giant !) '8's in the middle of the screen. Yep, ex-Bingo machine ! I walked away...

    Hehe, reminds me of my first CRT projector, a Grundig SuperColor Video 9000. I bought it from a dodgy vicar in a church hall. It lasted about a week before it died. Must've been 10 years ago, I paid £40 for it.

    It was a 3 tubed CRT about the size of a washing machine on its side. It was meant to look like a table on wheels, but it really was an ugly lump. It came with a curved screen and stand. I was gutted when it died though.
