Pronto Pro NG from US

Apart from the step down transformaer and the wireless frquency being different ie illegal

are there any other reasons why I shouldn't buy these from th US now?

Not that I can see.
I bought mine of these forums and it's works great.
Only downside I can see, is that I'll need a month of Sundays to programme it
I bought mine from Jackass, who has another one for sale. The main benefit was that he has already paid Customs, VAT and Duty etc.

If you look at the 8th post down in that linked thread you will see jackass does indeed have [had] a Pronto Pro NG for sale (as well as the RU890).

Now, go stand in the corner and repeat to yourself

and don't be quite so quick to call others a dipstick, unless you are certain of your facts.
