This is fairly straightforward for buttons. Just create a bitmap in the graphics program of your choice (240x219 maximum size), and save it as a .BMP file.

In ProntoEdit, drag a button from the gallery, and get its properties. Click on the icon tab, then right click on each button, and select load. Choose the appropriate .BMP file that you have created, and that's you.

For a background, add a frame to the screen you are on, right click on it, select properties. Go to the icon tab and change to the background you wish. Note that for this to fill the screen, you'll want to have its size at 240x219. Select OK. If necessary, send the background to the back of the screen.
