A mate is looking to get a projector but he's got a chandelier in the centre of the room, so I assume he would need a projector with vertical lens shift? Only problem is he was looking to spend between £500-£650 but a projector with lens shift puts the price up a bit. He was initially looking at one of the Optoma's.

Is there any decent projectors that you guys could recommend in his price range?

    cheers:thumbsup:

The cheapest new projector that has lens shift is the Epson TW3200 at around £900.Optomas are DLP projectors and generally DLP projectors do not have lens shift unless they are high end projectors costing thousands.

You may be able to get a second hand LCD model with lens shift for your budget so look in the classified for Epson/Sony/Panasonic models.
