Hi guys, this is my first posting so am a complete noob. I am currently setting up a home cinema using an epson projector, I have an xbox 360 connected via HDMI and a PC connected using the vga cable. I use my stereo (to be replaced) for audio from the PC but the XBOX audio comes out of the projector which is a bit pants when watching a really good movie. Is there such a device which can take more than one HDMI connection in and split the audio and video signals. The plan is to buy an amp of somesort to power the speakers which would only receive the audio while the projector receives only the video from the other devices. The plan is to replace the PC with either a Roku device or Apple TV so potentially there will be two HDMI devices going into the projector which has only one HDMI port.

Cheers guys.

If you get an amp/receiver then all sources go into that and you only need one hdmi out to the PJ and sound is sorted by the amp.
