Help if possible Please, I have been trying to get my head around what adjustment I will be able to get out of the optical lens adjustment on my JVC X7500.
I am converting my loft and one issue I have is the that in order to get a 230cm screen between the eaves, I need to drop the screen so that the top of the screen is at 170cm height. The ceiling height is 230cm but I thought I might make a frame to ceiling mount the projector so the the Center of the lens sits at approx 197cm (bottom of projector for head clearance about 6’3”) I know the adjustment states 80% of screen height, but this is the bit I’m unsure of. That equates to 103cm but that seems a lot. The question is, will I Get the adjustment to drop the image onto the screen? and if so will that adjustment compromise the image at all? I can Center the projector so no horizontal shift will be needed. The room is still in progress so can’t get projector out of box to test. Thanks
