Projector Calculator?

Hi all,

Regarding the calculator found at www.projectorcentral.com . Is the projector calculator distance measure from the front of the projector or the back? I am about to buy one and am wondering if it will fit.

pretty sure it would be front - although surely a bit of zoom will allow it to be either. Mind you im not sure how much this would affect picture quality....

Well the screen has to be 142cm wide maximum, and the distance from wall to screen is 267cm so if I take off 30cm for the projector that is pretty much perfect I hope.

Could anyone check this for me?

yep at 237cm that would be a PQ width of 142cm

not sure if screen door will be an issue for you though

Best to double check that calc, I have found projectorcentral to be less than perfect with some PJ's. It does sound about right there, but better safe than sorry. You should be able to download a PDF manual somewhere.
