    Hi John,

Unicol (http://www.unicol.com) manufacturer a PSU (projector suspension mount) for the Davis DL 450.

You probably won't be able to buy direct from them, but try any online projector reseller who can buy from them.

For a complete ceiling mount kit, you will pay around:

    £28.70 for the ceiling plate
£11.25 for a 50cm column (other lengths available)
    £138.00 for the PSU

(add VAT and delivery (£13.50 ish) to the above)

    Hope that helps...

    Matthew

    Hi John,

    Thought qbout making your own?

I made one for my Davis DLS8 (almost identical to yours), using some pipe fittings and a bit of mdf. I used a old sattelite dish joint to get some angle adjustment.

For my newer HT1000, I used an Argos speaker bracket and 6mm MDF. I think the weight limit of the bracket may be marginal for the DL450, but the bracket only costs £8.

    See my website for info:

    http://www.g-lightfoot.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/ht1000.html

Others here have used various other tv brackets to good use, and they've only needed a little modifying to make them fit to the projector. Try the search.

    HTH

    Gary.

    Guys

Just to let you know both a friend of mine and I have purchased our supports direct from Unicol. I even went to pick mine up as they are only 30mins away.
