Can you good people argue till you are blue in the face which screen is the best for my infocusX1 ;)?

I really want 16:9 and electric roof hanging but I could do with some feedback on the above screens and best places to buy....

I have run search and read this forum everyday but could do with some feedback:

Screen will be left down 95% of the time.
    Big room.
    X1 with polarizing filter.
    Movies and Sky Sports.
Would like to hide behind curtain pelmet.
Roof mounted p/j approx 16/18ft from screen.
Possible remote control at a later date.

You guys have been there and done it, im just starting and I value the opinions of those here more than any retailer/website.

    Peace,

    Glen

The X1 is pretty bright (700/1000 ANSI depending on ECO) that you can go for a decent size screen, and has a large enough contrast ratio that you shouldn't need to worry about going for a grey surface. This means you'll be looking towards a Matt White surface.

Remote control can be acheived quite easily if your projector (or AV amp/processor) has a 12V trigger that can be taught when to fire. Owl make a trigger box, their dealers sell them for about £120

As for manufacturers - both Owl and Projector are good.

    Regards
