The definition of a flawed diamond which offers up the best racing of it's kind.
Super review; I picked it up for PS4 last week. There's some light at the end of the tunnel, once the glitches and dodgy bits are fixed - for the most part I've found it to be excellent. It was a complete nightmare adjusting the controller settings, but once that was out of the way, it's been largely super. I like the sound design, the look and general feel of the cars, but being really picky, it's a bit arcade like in places.
The way you can stamp on the brakes on turn-in and it not be riddled with understeer isn't what I expected, but the setup menus are excellent and more importantly, changes can be felt in a very subtle way, it's not as crude or coarse as previous sim racing games.
I despise the FWD cars though; I'm happiest sat in a Lotus 98T at full chat, that's a happy place to be
Unfortunately online racing is a waste of time at this point in time, a mixture of lag that exceeds a bad CoD experience, and some truly weapons grade Maldonado-esque driving makes it less simulation and more like Carmageddon...
Once I have a new wheel and pedals sorted, and the patch gets released, it'll be a hoot of a game IMO
Looks Fantastic on a Oled. Really enjoy this game one of few car games u feel the weight of the car breaking into corners.
playing on the pc with an xbox controller, there is no feel when your on the limit, you can understeer and feel nothing maybe better with a wheel. Glad I never got a x1 for this. Hopefully Forza 6 will get me back on track
Anyone has controller settings for ps4?It's unplayable for me.The cars doesn't turn and stop. And this is simulator
I have this on PC and its excellent but I do play with a G25 wheel. Given the fact this is more towards a sim and from my own experience I think a wheel is nigh on essential.
I'm sure you'll have better luck in the PS4 section settings thread.

its sim-cade. Definitely get the feeling wheel users aer getting a lot more out of the game. Wish I'd kept my playseat
Have this on xbox one with thrustmaster force feed back wheel.
Have driven Nurburg ring in many other driving games, this was the best experience by a mile.
Visually it does not have the gloss of PGR but the slight blurring gives a sense of realism which adds to your senses & excitement when racing.
Started carting in career mode & with a force feedback wheel with no assists you get a real workout.
