I currently have a Toshiba 36ZP38B and am looking to purchase a PAL Progressive DVD player. However, I raed somewhere that the player only accepts NTSC progressive signals.

Does anyone have this TV and use a PAL progressive input with it? If so, does it make any difference?

    Any help would be appreciated.

Yes it accepts PAL prog-scan and yes the difference is considerable, though not as significantly different as NTSC prog-scan, admittedly.

I just reckon the flicker on PAL progressive negates the non-interlaced advantage. Is there a TV or DVD player that is 100hz PAL progressive?
