    Hiya,

    Can someone please confirm for us simpletons which CRT TVs in the UK will fully support prog scan and HDTV (ie 480p, 720p, 1080i) via component input etc

    I would love to know!

    Do not want to shell out lots of cash on a Plasma and I prefer the picture on a CRT.

    The only CRT 100% HDTV compatible TVs available right now are the JVC HV Series (except the 32D25) in 28, 32 and 36" and they don't accept 720p, however they take 480i/p, 576i/p, 1080i (50&60HZ) plus some others if you have a HCPC.
