I'm looking to upgrade my Yamaha RX-V2400RDS to a new Receiver capable of handling the new HD codecs and providing video switching, the one problem I have with my current amp is seemingly random audio dropouts for about 1s, sometimes there is a message on the display (which i can't remember) but not always.
Does the 3800 have similar problems?
It's cheaper than the 1900 here in Switzerland so is pretty good value for money, I can't see a better option IF there are no audio dropout issues.
