problems with sky email configuring

    i've followed the instructions on sky email help to configure (vista)windows mail to work with sky email,(the info is for out look express)i get the following error message after setup and it tries to connect with sky mail:
    Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'pop.tools.sky.com', Server: 'pop.tools.sky.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10053, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

    anyone got a solution?:lease:

    try port 995 for pop3 and 465 for smpt
